"I have an open claim since the…"
I have an open claim since the beginning of march, because my suitcase arrived broken after a wizzair flight. I handed in all the necessary documents but I do not receive any reply since weeks. I wrote at least two followups but no reaction at all.
If you want to call their hotline, you have to pay horrendous fees.
Thank you very much for nothing…

"Wizz Air cancelled my route and now refuse to give back the money!"
wizzair cancelled a route last minute which caused issues in getting new transport for my plans.

They gave me a credit automatically. I was not able to fly because we were in the middle of the pandemic. The credit has expired and Wizz Air refuses to return the money. Considering Wizz Air out right cancelled the route, not just a flight, it's on them.

I was a loyal customer now all I can say is DO NOT fly Wizz Air unless you want to have unnecessary stress due to changing your plans and loosing money in the process.

"Price when adding kids is double for all of us!!"
I was trying to book a fligh, london to larnaca, the price for 1 person is £89, and if I add a family of 4 , the price is going up to £198!!!
How is this fair?why a single adult can pay 98, and I have to pay double for all of us because I am travelling with kids? Where is the uk airport discount in all of this?
Is not the same seats we are using,regardless I purchase 1 ticket or 4??

"Scammers"
The WizzAir deliberately shuts down the ability to download your boarding passes 2 hours before a flight, and then charges you extra to print them.

This is such a scam.
The company of scoundrels; never I’ll fly with them fraudsters again.

"Never ever fly Wizz Air it's a shambles"
Never ever fly Wizz Air it's a shambles of an airline and any money you save on tickets will be paid for by awful experience and awful customer service! At this point the government really should step in a sort out this s**t show of an airline

First of all the check in was a disgrace. We waited in line for nearly 2 hrs and nearly missed our flight because of the check in delays. Furthermore, my bags were checked in under another passengers name (luckily as one of friends). This wasn't the end of it!

Upon arriving in Lyon airport, it turns out that Wizz hadn't bothered to put at least 30 pieces of luggage onto the flight so left my luggage in Gatwick (along with around 20 other passengers' luggage). This meant I was on a ski trip with only the contents of my rucksack.

The process of getting my bags back has been a disaster. Firstly they delivered my bags in Val d'isere to the wrong address, without informing me, so I flew back to London under the impression my bags were still with Wizz. Only because I had my phone number written on my luggage did I find out where it was (still in Val d'isere). It's now been 2 months since I flew with Wizz and still no sign of either of my bags.

I wouldn't wish this situation on my worst enemy as this has been hell trying to get any information/progress on my luggage. Wizz charge £1.45/min on landline calls and £15 fee for calls that could be 'handled online'.

For any money you save on flying with Wizz you will pay for it in admin and awful customer service.

This is a god awful Airline and I will never fly with them again.

"nightmare! Don't book with them"
3 flight booked with this company: 1 cancelled, 1 delayed 2 hours, the last one delayed 6 hours!
we booked a flight from Milan to Lamezia, even with the announced delayed they told us to go to airport for check in as scheduled time otherwise we could lose the right to flight. We went there to receive just silly answers, made many people wait for hours and once one plane was about to finally come for us ( a plane of a different flight company ) this aircraft resulted smaller and 25 people were left out, including us. Simply a nightmare. If you want to do a favour to yourself, don't even think about booking with them, even if the flight is for 10 euro. They get as many customer as possible even if they know they cannot cope with that numbers, making them waiting for hours for some other flight. Really disgusting.

My name is Palvinder Singh last night I travelled with wizz Airline my flight is portugal to Gatwick Aiport London .This is my worst experience in last ten years in this airline . They take extra charges from me without any reason 87 euro they said you Don't check in online but we don't find any option for this .Staff is very rude moreover the flight was delayed two times. Flight is not clean aswell .I want to recommend all please don't book wizz airline this is my experience of last night .Thank you .

My flight was delayed 5 hours and I didn't go. First they said I'm eligible for 400 euro compensation but afterwards changed their mind and said that I had not completed the check in procedure. So please remember to always complete your check in even if you don't plan to take the flight.

"Worst company ever"
Worst company ever. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Insane delays we arrived at 2am instead of 11pm so had to pay extra at the hotel for late check-in. They will make you pay extra 50€ at the airport if you couldn't check in online because the link they sent you didn't work and they don't answer your calls to help you.
It would have been cheaper, nicer, and so much less troubles to book with easy jet or any other cheap flights airline... Avoid it.

"Awful awful awful"
Awful awful awful. If you can believe it, Wizzair blocked our flight back to the UK in 2019 asking for an extra 100 euro because their check in app on my mobile didn't work.

After many many emails and evidence provided (during which WizzAir classified me as malicious), WizzAir finally refunded me the extra charges after a year. No apology. No explanation. Absolutely appalling.

"Are this airline's policies even legal ?!"
Unfortunately, you get what you pay for... small prices = zero service. I recommend everyone to avoid this company. Better pay extra for an actual service... Wizz Air is a joke of an airline. Zero customer support, zero service, zero communication, extremely complicated policies, extremely difficult to speak to someone. I don't understand how this airline can legally operate.

"A scam company"
A scam company. They charged x3 the fare to check in at the airport, from an elderly couple. No email reminder, nothing. You attract customers with your low prices, but you are just treacherous, lowly, street hustler of a company who makes money by desperate means. You are not a honest business.

"Experience with cancellation compensation process"
They are not my favourite airline but I like to give credit where it's due. They always have the cheapest flight prices to a lot of smaller cities. If you follow the rules you usually don't get overcharged but that's how they make their money.
I had to deal with two consecutive cancellations last year and it was a nightmare getting through to a human. Took about 8 months to finally get the compensation issued. Last week I tried to get a compensation and it took 5 minutes to fill out a form and I got my money 3 days later. I have to compliment WizzAir for trying to get on the right path.
